Moss serves as chair of Hellmuth & Johnson’s new cannabis law practice group and is one of the few attorneys at the forefront of the rapidly advancing and evolving cannabis industry and law in Minnesota. Her acumen in various areas of law and knowledge of the cannabis industry led her to create and grow her cannabis law practice to serve cannabis and hemp entrepreneurs. She represents start-ups to well-established businesses from cannabis growers to retailers. She understands the evolving complexities and challenges involved in representing businesses in this arena, and regularly presents webinars on the topic and provides representation in local legislative matters.
Moss serves as a Board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) – Minnesota Chapter and as a member of the Minnesota Women’s Cannabusiness Association.
