Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that Karl M. Tsuchiya has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Estate Planning practice group.
Tsuchiya’s practice will focus on estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate law, landlord/tenant law, homeowners associations, and business formation & development. Prior to joining Hellmuth & Johnson, he worked at a law firm in Wayzata for nearly 10 years. He is member of the American Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association, and serves as Commission Chair of the City of Chanhassen Park & Recreation Commission.
Tsuchiya obtained his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
