Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Jacob P. Grow has joined the firm as an associate in the Estate Planning practice group.
Grow’s practice will focus on estate planning, business law, and real estate law. He has represented individuals and families in the transfer and ownership of multi-generational farms and cabins. He also has assisted business owners in re-structuring their entity to minimize taxes and account for changes in ownership and represented individuals in the formation of business ventures and the creation of governing documents.
Grow obtained his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
