Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Nicklaus A. Johnson has joined the firm as an associate in the litigation practice group.
Johnson represents individuals and businesses in a variety of areas, including business, real estate, and construction matters. He assists clients at all stages of a dispute, from pre-litigation through appeals and beyond. Additionally, he helps clients avoid litigation by providing advice on how to navigate legal challenges and pitfalls. During law school, he worked for Hellmuth & Johnson as a law clerk. He was also a legal extern for a judge on the Minnesota Court of Appeals and for a mid-sized, family-owned business. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Johnson obtained his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, magna cum laude, and his B.A. from St. Olaf College, summa cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
