EDINA, MN – January 25, 2017 – Hellmuth & Johnson, a growing Top 20 Minnesota law firm, announced today three of its attorneys have been named partner. Hellmuth & Johnson now has 32 partners, 22 associates, and nearly 60 attorneys nationwide, continuing the firm’s focus on growth and excellence.
- Kurt Mitchell focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation, including construction defects, construction law, business and commercial law, insurance and real estate. He joined the firm in 2008 and earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. He completed his undergraduate studies with a B.A. from Pomona College in Claremont, California.
- Carol Moss is a member of Hellmuth & Johnson’s litigation group, where she focuses her practice on representing businesses in a number of areas, including banking & finance, mortgage loan repurchases and indemnification, and business disputes. Additionally, Moss represents individuals in personal injury matters. She joined the firm in 2008 after obtaining her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law, which is now Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
- Brian Niemczyk focuses his practice on civil litigation, representing a broad array of clients in employment, commercial and real estate disputes. Niemczyk joined the firm in 2012. He received his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law, which is now Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Hamline University College of Liberal Arts.
