Hellmuth & Johnson has announced the acquisition of Miller Legal Strategic Planning Centers, P.A. Miller Legal, now a division of Hellmuth & Johnson, was established in 1996 and provides estate planning and farm and business succession planning to clients across Greater Minnesota and South Dakota.

The Miller Legal main office is located in Tyler, Minnesota, with satellite offices located in Rochester, Rosemount, Worthington, and Dawson. Attorney Mark Balzarini joins the firm as a partner, in addition to an experienced estate planning staff of seven professionals.
Mark Balzarini’s practice focuses on estate planning and farm transition planning. He assists clients in planning their estates with the appropriate use of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and business entities. He also assists trustees and personal representatives in the process of administering estates and trusts. He works with farm and business owners through the transitioning of their farms and businesses. Balzarini obtained his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and his B.A. from Franciscan University. He is admitted to practice in the Minnesota and South Dakota State Courts.
