Jack is an attorney with experience in every stage of litigation, including both jury and bench trials. He is competitive by nature and leaves every ounce of commitment in the courtroom. Jack has represented businesses and individuals in diverse areas of law, including commercial transportation, construction, repossession, wrongful death, contract disputes and insurance coverage disputes. Jack is an avid member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, where he presented on Minnesota’s Survivorship Statute and trial considerations for wrongful death actions. He also co-authored chapters in Minnesota Deskbooks on topics of priorities of insurance coverage and structured settlement agreements.
Before joining Hellmuth & Johnson, Jack was a trial attorney at a mid-sized Minneapolis law firm. He learned the ropes of litigation quickly, taking numerous matters to trial within his first years of practice.
Jack graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, cum laude, and was elected to serve as an Executive Online Editor for the Mitchell Hamline Law Review. Before starting his legal career, Jack worked for a medical device company utilizing his biochemistry degree from St. John’s University.
