Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Jack W. Hicks has joined the firm as an associate in the Family Law practice group.
Hicks’ practice focuses on high-net-worth dissolutions, often involving complex spousal maintenance claims and property division. He enjoys working with clients to reach positive outcomes, whether that is through alternative dispute resolution or going to trial. He has successfully argued in front of judges and worked with them behind the scenes. He is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, the Minnesota Family Law Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the Hennepin County Family Law Bar.
Hicks obtained his J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School, his M.A. from Northern Arizona University and his and his B.A. from University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
