Hellmuth & Johnson partner Carol Moss has been appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve on its Advisory Committee for the Rules of Civil Procedure.
This advisory committee is responsible for monitoring the rules and making recommendations to the Supreme Court on changes affecting civil matters in Minnesota’s legal system. The Advisory Committee consists of district court judges and attorneys in private and public practices, along with district court administrators and managers. The Advisory Committee will be chaired by Hon. Laurie Miller with Supreme Court liaison Justice G. Barry Anderson.
Moss will serve a three-year term, beginning July 1, 2022 through June 20, 2025.
